I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Holiday Inn - Kanata location, and I must say the experience exceeded my expectations in every way. The cleanliness, amenities, and impeccable service truly set this establishment apart. The hotel itself boasts comfortable and well-appointed rooms, and a range of amenities that cater to both leisure and business travelers. The attention to cleanliness provided peace of mind for a clean freak like myself. I made the booking for my parents. I got an upgrade to a king room from standard room which made their stay extra special :-). They had an excellent time here. The room was very spacious had a nice view and was well-cleaned. They had a TV in the living area ad well as the sleeping area and every other thing that makes a hotel stay comfortable -fridge, microwave, kitchen sink e.t.c. Staff were really friendly and they would come back here again. Breakfast was well worth the extra pay. Took the pics at night :-(

The beds and pillows were super comfortable. The shower had a nice rain head. Towels were plentiful. Location was good for us, close to family.

One of my all time favourite stays in Ottawa. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating upon check in and during our stay. the location was fantastic for what we were doing in Ottawa, being a few minutes from the highway in both directions We stayed on the top floor in the corner King suite (would highly recommend) and the room was immaculately clean and the bed was so comfortable. We had dinner and breakfast (free for kids under 12) at the restaurant and the food was delicious. Will absolutely be booking another stay soon. Thank you!!

Great place…..very clean, staff is really really nice….also rooms dont have carpet floors so i as soon as i entered the room it looked squeaky clean, smelled really good, i was so happy, i could have lived there for ages!

Comfy beds and sofa. Free onsite parking. Free wi-fi was reliable. Free lemon water in the lobby all day. Walking distance to bars/restaurants/groceries. Short drive to outlet mall for shopping. Easy access to the 417.

Everything and the staff were excellent and friendly. Made us feel at home. We took our Guinea pig girl OREO. They loved her and she loved them. We are very happy and this is the only hotel we are going to stay at. Love you guys and the staff in LIONELS.😁💜❤️🐹

Debbie in particular however everyone in restaurant were incredible and paid such close attention to what our son liked and small touches like including fruit for him, and putting his apple juice in a cup that wouldn’t spill. On reception Everyone was fantastic, answering questions and gave great advice for places to go with our son, and advice on how to get there. Nothing was ever too much trouble for them & we were very sad when we went to our next destination and the staff & hotel weren’t the same We only came across the 5th floor cleaning lady a handful of times but she was always friendly and always asking if we needed anything replenishing Would 100% stay here again and recommend it to anyone. The fact the room had a bath/shower, a fridge & microwave and a pool makes it a fantastic place for a family stay

Comfy beds, blackout curtains. LOVE that it had a bath tub still. So many hotels going to a shower only. Renovted room with no carpet feels so much cleaner.
